Abstract Submission

The organisers strongly encourage participants to present their work at the meetings. Each meeting will have a scientific poster session and some abstracts will be chosen for oral presentation. Abstracts should be no more than half a page of an A4. Minimum font size is 12 point. Maximum dimensions for posters is 1.2m wide by 2.1m high.

When submitting you should indicate:

• whether you are a student
• whether you want your work considered for oral presentation

To submit you should email you abstract directly to the relevant meeting organisers (see below). 19th July is the last day for abstract submission.
