Registration Fees for 2009 Meetings

Registration prices are listed below. Note there are significant discounts available if registering for 2 or more meetings. Please note though that if you register for the Developmental Biology or Reproduction Meetings you will automatically be elegible to attend sessions from the other meeting. 

Young scientists rate applies to all current students and to recent graduates who are in first 2 years of employment following completion of their degree.  To register in this category will require confirmation by the registrants supervisor or employer.

Trade delegates must be associated with an exhibitor or sponsor.

Early registration rates apply for registrations up to 19th July.

Accommodation

Accommodation can be booked online while registering. A limited number of rooms have bee reserved at specially negotiated rates at the following ;

• Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown  $160/night

• Mercure Queenstown Resort  $135/night
  Recently renovated, Mercure Queenstown Resort offers the best views in Queenstown along with excellent leisure and recreational facilities.  The 148-room hotel offers either lake or garden views from every room.  Rooms are spacious and feature mini-bar, hairdryer, Sky TV, LCD TV, broadband internet, coffee/tea-making facilities, iron and ironing board, and individually controlled heating.  Mercure Resort also offers guests 24-hour room service, ski boot drying room, guest laundry, 24-hour reception, gym, sauna, tennis court, spa pool and seasonal pool.  Please note Mercure Queenstown Resort is located on a unique Fernhill vantage point, 10 minutes walk uphill from The Rydges.
• Lakeside Motel  $139/night
  Situated just a few minutes walk along the lakefront from central Queenstown and a minute from The Rydges, the Lakeside Motel provides quality units with spectacular lake and mountain views.  Each upper level Studio Unit has a full kitchen, comfortable lounge, bathroom and wireless reception for those bringing laptops.  The units are lake facing with access to a shared balcony.  Cot/highchairs are available.
