The QMB Tuberculosis Satellite will bring together the TB research community in New Zealand for a focussed two-day meeting, featuring a number of international invited speakers. Following the model set by the previous successful meetings at the Malaghan Institute in Wellington, the QMB Satellite will attempt to cover most aspects of current TB research, including the search for new drugs and vaccines, current advances in the microbiology, genetics and immunology of TB, and clinical practice and experience. All those involved or interested in research into or treatment of TB in New Zealand will find this meeting an excellent chance to learn about the latest developments and connect with the national and international research community.
